With all of the clients, experiences and certifications I have achieved (along with transforming my own body) what I offer is simple, yet immeasurable….knowledge.  I not only create a customized fitness plan by conducting a 1 hour consultation (which includes a legal Par-Q questionnaire, fitness history/ disease history) and getting your strengths and weaknesses of your fitness experience, I also utilize the resources I was given through my certification to educate you on things like how to calculate your 1 Rep Max, exercise history/ attitude tester and even what supplements to utilize to lose weight and or gain muscle. All the information you need to jump start your journey to becoming the Spartan warrior that you truly are! With this service you are promised a 12 week plan, and ongoing assistance for any questions you will need, including once a week service call.
