Warriors, what do you think the most important aspect of getting fit and ripped is? Is it the weight lifting alone or is it your diet?  To be honest both are imperative to the end goal but look at it like this: your body is a luxury car, and when you need to re fuel what gas are you using?  What I specialize in is not only getting you that premium gas for you’re tank, but teaching you how to build the gas station, so you will always be able to have the best and be the best!  With my 1 on 1 Nutrition coaching I have implemented numerous meal plans for clients with very specific dietary customizations.  I not only create a customized fitness plan by conducting a 1 hour consultation (which includes a legal Par- Q questionnaire, family/disease history and dietary restrictions) I also utilize the resources I was given through my certification to educate you on things like a grocery list for organization, how to select fruits and veggies and even how to shop on a budget All the information you need to jump start your journey to becoming the Spartan warrior that you truly are!
